Rob and Joe Martin, brothers, were living together with the family in the autumn of 2014 up at Ludington State Park in Michigan.   Joe had brought up his mountain bike and an extra, Rob had his low-end mountain bike from a big chain store.   While drifting around the world, Rob attempted this little hill off the road and pulled the brakes to slow down and his tire rotated to the right while the handlebars remained straight.   Luckily only the bike was broken.   So Joe thought, hey, you may use the excess bicycle I brought up and we could go check out some trails!   They headed off for the paths and had a wonderful time, this MTB stuff was fun.   So Rob went back, bought a great bicycle from his neighborhood bike shop, Rock-N-Road, and Joe had mentioned there was this cool race at Traverse City called ICEMAN!   Not actually knowing what they were getting in to, they both managed to receive a move into the race and experienced the worst riding conditions ever experienced by any human being, almost to the point of them both saying this game stinks!    Therefore the idea came after several thoughts, as both of them constantly have creations running through their heads.  1 day they were riding their mountain bikes in Owasippe, which is located by the Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, and either before or after the ride the thought had been sprung for urbikelife.   They both still love to ride bicycles, have multiple bikes each for different terrain, and then keep to race and ride with other people who love the bike life!   They felt that the need to state what their bike life consisted of, and now you can also.

He had the chance to work with the Chicago Bulls and Eastern Michigan University, but did not pursue as household time was more important than spending it off.  He has worked with athletes in many different sports and at all levels, from grade school, to high school, to school, as well as expert.   Rob has studied what works for MTB training on his own body, and has employed it to perform very well in a brief moment.  The programs he has designed cover races which are under 40 miles, optimally they're between 15-35 miles.   He also has assembled 100 mile endurance programs, make sure to check them out by clicking the MTB Training Plans on the ideal side bar!   Still the best strategy is personalized training which is also available, take your time into the next level!
